ATTENTION EXISTING QUIPP 300/301 STACKER OWNERS UPGRADE YOUR OLD MODEL 300 STACKER ELECTRONIC CONTROLS WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE Quipp has created a kit that will allow you to upgrade your 15 year old Model 300/301 Stacker Controls with the same control technology used in the Quipp Model 500 Stackers. Many of the components for the old stackers are obsolete, unavailable or very expensive. This upgrade kit will protect your investment and ensure your stackers availability for production. The 300 ENHANCED ELECTRONIC CONTROL KIT includes the following: Quipp Part Number 1) New LCD Color Touchscreen 102622 2) New Card Cage with integrated power supply and a 24 volt solid state power supply 3) New Control Boards (two I/O boards, one CPU board, one Stepper Drive Board and one Video Board) The above parts are the same currently being used in our Quipp Model 500 Stackers which will allow you to interchange them, reducing the numbers of spares you keep in inventory. The 300 ENHANCED ELECTRONIC CONTROL KIT will update your Model 300 Stacker to present Model 500 Stacker production standards for streaming communications* and discrete TMC operations.
