ANNEXURE-I
COPY OF TERMS OF REFERENCE AND COMPLIANCE
Sr. No Terms of Reference Compliance
encumbrances. The issues relating
to land acquisition and R&R should
be clearly discussed in the EIA
report.
10. Topography of the area should be The proposed project premise is
given clearly indicating whether the
site requires any filling. If so, details
generally plain land with a general
elevation of about 208-m above MSL.
of filling, quantity of fill material No major filling is envisaged.
required, its source, transportation
etc. should be given.
However, fill material is required to
some extent, which will be sourced
locally.
11. Impact on drainage of the area and
the surroundings.
12. Details of the Geo technical and
hydrological studies.
13. Information regarding surface
hydrology and water regime and
impact of the same, if any due to the
project.
14. One season site-specific
meteorological data shall be
provided.
15. One complete season AAQ data
(except monsoon) to be given along
with the dates of monitoring. The
parameters to be covered shall
include SPM, RSPM, SO 2 , NOx, Hg
and Ozone (ground level). The
location of the monitoring stations
should be so decided so as to take
into consideration the pre-dominant
downwind direction, population zone
and sensitive receptors including
reserved forests. There should be at
least one monitoring station in the
upwind direction. There should be
at least one monitoring station in the
pre dominant downwind direction at
a location where maximum ground
No perennial streams are present in the
project site. Also, natural drainage
pattern of the site will not be disturbed
as far as possible.
Hence, no impact is envisaged on
drainage pattern of the area.
The details are presented in Section-
4.2.5 of Chapter-4, Page:C4-3
Acquisition of the land is under
progress detailed Geo Technical
studies will be carried out after
acquisition of land and placing order
for equipments.
The details are presented in Section-
4.2.5 of Chapter-4, Page:C4-3
Details are presented in section- 3.3
of Chapter: 3, Page: C3-1 to 12.
Site specific wind rose for Premonsoon
season is presented in
Figure-3.3.3, of Chapter-3, page: C3-
AAQ sampling Locations are decided
based on predominant wind directions
(Downwind and Upwind direction),
population zone and sensitive
receptors including reserved
/protected forests.
The location details are presented in
section-3.4, of Chapter-3, page: C3-
13 to C3-19.
AAQ has been monitored covering
Post-monsoon season of 2009 (1 st
October to 31 st December, 2009) and
additional two locations were
monitored in pre-monsoon 2010. The
summary of AAQ results are presented
in Table-3.4.5, of Chapter-3 page: C3-
