She’s got the ear of the lieutenant governor and is well respected in business circles. In October,

analyst of national politics haven’t diminished her ability to go micro in New Jersey district politics.
Party members credit Roginsky in part with the messaging strategy that helped re-elect state Sen.
Bob Gordon (D-38) in one of this year’s marquee races.

Largely lost under the glamour headline of state Sen. Jim Whelan (D-2) defeating Assemblyman
Vince Polistina (R-2) was the fact that Republicans won everything else in Atlantic County
elections, adding up to a clear advantage for Davis.

list as leader of the million-person strong outfit. Going forward, Wowkanech will have to confront
the political schism between public and private sector workers, which in part has the Democratic
Party in disarray right now.

The best friend of U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) going back to when the two of them grew up in
Union City, Scarinci will be a critical resource for Menendez in the 2012 election year and an inner
circle player as Democrats look ahead to future party-building.
