In the Performance Demonstration, classes will run to<br />
simulate a show. The following classes will be offered<br />
during the Performance Demonstration:<br />
1 ... Western Pleasure<br />
2 ... Hunter Under Saddle (& horses over fences)<br />
3 ... Individual Performance Event (Reining Horses, etc.)<br />
4 ... Green Broke Horses and Prospects<br />
5 ... Trail and Recreational Riding<br />
6 ... Longe Line Horses<br />
7 ... Western Pleasure (group 2)<br />
8 ... Hunter Under Saddle (& horses over fences) (group 2)<br />
9 .. Individual Performance Event (Reining Horses, etc.)<br />
10 ..Green Broke Horses and Prospects (group 2)<br />
11 ..Trail and Recreational Riding (group 2)<br />
12 ..Longe Line Horses (group 2).<br />
13 ..Halter Horses<br />
Classes may be repeated as necessary.<br />
Class Procedure:<br />
1. Western Pleasure - show on the rail both directions, at a<br />
walk, jog and lope.<br />
2. Hunter Under Saddle - show on the rail at a walk, trot &<br />
canter. Following rail work, horses may show over fences.<br />
3. Individual Performance Events - For Reining horses,<br />
Team Penners, Western Riding horses, etc. Each horse<br />
will be allowed 2 minutes to work. Two horses at a time will<br />
work and each horse will use half of the arena.<br />
4. Green Broke Horses and Prospects - show on the rail at<br />
a walk and jog both directions of the ring. As a horse is<br />
introduced, it may move to the center of the arena and lope<br />
a circle or two.<br />
5. Tral and Recreational Riding - perform at the walk, trot<br />
and canter to show suitability for trail riding or pleasure<br />
1 riding.<br />
6. Longe Line - At least FOUR (4) horses will work at one<br />
time. The group will be given 2 minutes and each prospect<br />
will be introduced individually.<br />
