Welcome to EuroTab 2009 – to be held in Krakow, Poland, June 18-20, 2009. 

A tobacco products and accessories fair, EuroTab serves the entire network 

of tobacco wholesalers, distributors, importers and retailers. In fact, 

it has become the largest and most comprehensive showcase for tobacco products 

and accessories in Europe. 

Enclosed please find a copy of the Exhibitor Manual, which has been designed 

to help you plan, coordinate and administer the various services that are needed 

for a successful show. All order forms for services are marked with due 

dates to ensure that the products necessary for your stand will be ready for you 

upon build-up. Please be sure to order your materials on time to avoid any

HOW TO GET TO KRAKOW 

By air: John Paul II International Airport located in Balice, is situated just 15 km 

from the city centre. It can be easily reached by taxi or local transportationbuses 

No 192 and 208. From the Main Railway Station in the city centre run 

trains in every 30 minutes between 4 a.m. and midnight. 

By train: It is also possible to reach Krakow by an international train. There are 

a lot of connections from different European cities like Berlin, Budapest, 

Bucharest, Bratislava, Dresden, Hamburg, Kiev, Odessa, Prague and Vienna. 

All trains stop at the main railway station at Kraków Gówny (Kraków Central). 

The city can be easily accessed by train from all larger cities in Poland. 

By road: Kraków has direct access to the international motorways E40 and E77 

with international traffic signs.

2. Changes of furnishing are possible until up to 20 days before the beginning of the fairs. After that date the resignation from the ordered furnishing is not 

possible. 

3. Orders placed on the day of takeover of a stand by an exhibitor shall be realized if possible and they are 50% more expensive than the base price.
