Terms and Conditions<br />

• Weekend <strong>Wedding</strong>s are subject to minimum numbers of 100 guests,<br />

however there are no minimum number requirements for midweek weddings (Sunday-Thursday)<br />

• A choice of main course is available to weddings at a £5 supplement on a pre-order basis<br />

or a £10 supplement per person on the day (only available to weddings under 100 guests)<br />

• For weddings under 100 persons a £800 Room Hire Charge will apply;<br />

This rate is negotiable depending on your preferred date.<br />

• All Deposits and payments are Non-Refundable<br />

• All packages & Menus are subject to change.<br />

• Menu Supplements for particular starter and main courses apply to each of the packages<br />

• There is a Civil Ceremony Charge of £500<br />

• Menu Tastings are available for the Bride & Groom at £45 each<br />

• You can arrive to The <strong>Resort</strong> via Seaplane or Helicopter on your wedding day<br />

Hotel License<br />

• The licence is held until 1.30am in The Ross Suite, which means that for all functions, the bar and the<br />

entertainment will end at 1.30am. There will however be a half hour ‘drinking up’ time.<br />

• Non residents will not be permitted in the hotel after 1.30am and this includes The Blaney Bar.<br />

• The Terrace Area outside The Blaney Bar and The Garden Hall will not be accessible after 1.00am.<br />

Guests will be requested to come inside from The Terrace after this time, due to possible noise<br />

disturbance to the guestrooms and suites above.<br />

• All music will also be required to come to an end in the Hotel, including The Blaney Bar at 1.30am.<br />

• The Blaney Bar is to close no later than 3.00am on any given night, followed by a half hour ‘drinking-up’<br />

time.<br />

• After 3.30am, residents may choose to continue to drink in the comfort of their guest bedroom or lodge.
