Childminding Support Group, the children they look after and to the local

ARTS AND CRAFT IDEAS
NICMA are always looking for ideas to update the arts and crafts section on
our website. If you can help, please email your ideas to Catherine Trimble
catherine.trimble@nicma.org or post information FAO Catherine to NICMA at
the usual address. We would really appreciate your support!
NICMA 25 TH ANNIVERSARY PUBLICATION
Enclosed with the Childminding Support Group newssheet you will find a copy
of our 25 th Anniversary Publication which depicts both Childminding and
NICMA achievements over the last 25 years.
The NICMA Senior Management Team welcome your general feedback and
would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed to
the development of this publication.
All NICMA members will receive a copy of this publication as part of the
general mailing in August.
PLAY CAFÉ DISCOUNT SCHEME
The Play Café, Newtownards in partnership with NICMA are offering another
great discount for NICMA members.
NICMA members can get 50% discount (under 5’s only) on admission to the
Play Cafe Toddlers Club, Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 1.00pm.
This is a three month pilot scheme. The offer is valid from June 2009 - August
2009 initially. If there is a good uptake on the offer we may be able to
negotiate an extension.
To avail of this discount childminders should present their blue NICMA
membership card. Childminders should ensure that children are appropriately
supervised at all times.
