Cloudkill 166 Reduces <strong>the</strong> power’s burst area from 5 to 3. The power’s damage has been increased. The damage in <strong>the</strong> Effect can<br />

now occur at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> a creature’s turn, not at <strong>the</strong> start, and a creature can take <strong>the</strong> damage only once per turn.<br />

Changes <strong>the</strong> zone damage to a static amount instead <strong>of</strong> a damage roll. The zone is heavily obscured.<br />

Mordenkainen’s Mansion 167 Removes <strong>the</strong> teleportation keyword.<br />

Acid Storm 167 The Effect now creates a zone, and <strong>the</strong> damage now occurs at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> a creature’s turn, not at <strong>the</strong> start. Adds <strong>the</strong><br />

zone keyword.<br />

Thunderclap 167 Adds a Miss entry to <strong>the</strong> power. This power’s damage has been increased.<br />

Elemental Maw 167 The Effect now creates a zone, adding <strong>the</strong> zone keyword. Updates <strong>the</strong> power’s formatting to tighten order <strong>of</strong> effects.<br />

Updates <strong>the</strong> zone’s damage to a static amount instead <strong>of</strong> a damage roll. All damage is <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> listed damage types,<br />

instead <strong>of</strong> a choice. Clarifies that you must teleport <strong>the</strong> target outside <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> zone.<br />

Maze 168 Tightens <strong>the</strong> removed from play language. The Intelligence check is made at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> target’s turn. Removes<br />

<strong>the</strong> teleportation keyword.<br />

Necrotic Web 168 Tightens <strong>the</strong> zone language. The damage in <strong>the</strong> Effect occurs at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> a creature’s turn, not at <strong>the</strong> start.<br />

Changes <strong>the</strong> immobilization from <strong>the</strong> Effect entry to a slow.<br />

Prismatic Spray 168 The spell’s area is now a blast, and <strong>the</strong> Fortitude attack now deals only ongoing damage. Removes <strong>the</strong> fear keyword.<br />

Black Fire 168 Adds a Miss entry to <strong>the</strong> power.<br />

Forcecage 168 Adds a Miss entry to <strong>the</strong> power.<br />

Closing Spell 169 Reduces <strong>the</strong> power’s burst area from 5 to 2. In <strong>the</strong> Hit entry, clarifies that <strong>the</strong> damage increase applies only to daily<br />

attack powers, not any daily power.<br />

Bolstering Blood (Path Feature) 169 The bonus to damage is against only one target.<br />

Burning Blood (Path Feature) 169 Updates and combines <strong>the</strong> feature’s effects: revises <strong>the</strong> damage type from psychic to fire and makes it ongoing<br />

damage, but requires <strong>the</strong> target to be suffering an effect that a save can end.<br />

Destructive Salutation 170 Reduces <strong>the</strong> power’s damage from 6d6 to 4d6. Changes stunned to dazed in <strong>the</strong> Hit and Miss entries.<br />

Extra Damage Action 170 The damage bonus now applies only to your next attack.<br />

Storm Cage 170 The wall’s damage in <strong>the</strong> Effect occurs at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> a creature’s turn, not at <strong>the</strong> start, and a creature can take this<br />

damage only once per turn.<br />

Corellon’s Implement (Path Feature) 171 Clarifies pr<strong>of</strong>iciency wording and how this feature interacts with Arcane Implement Mastery.<br />

Spiral Tower Action 171 The feature now applies only to attack powers.<br />

Shape <strong>the</strong> Dream 171 Clarifies that <strong>the</strong> triggering attack has no effect on you but also is not cancelled. Removes <strong>the</strong> implement keyword.<br />

Corellon’s Blade 171 Removes <strong>the</strong> teleportation keyword.<br />

<strong>Wizard</strong> Powers — Updates powers with school <strong>of</strong> magic keywords as appropriate. These additions are not noted in <strong>the</strong> previous<br />

changes.<br />
