touched the lives of many through enchanting performances, curriculum-based workshops and hands-on 

museum Exhibitions, as well as through our Distance learning and Outreach Programs.

The Center serves as headquarters of uNimA-uSA, the American branch of the international puppetry 

organization union internationale de la marionnette, the oldest theater organization in the world.

Tips For A Great Visit: 

Planning Your Visit 

• Advance purchase is HIGHLY recommended as many shows sell out early. Every person 

over the age of two attending the show must have a ticket. 

• Please notify the Ticket Sales Offi ce in advance if any special accommodations are required. 

• Contact the Ticket Sales Offi ce at least 72 hours in advance to redeem vouchers/rainchecks. 

• Arrive at the Center at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, lastminute 

bathroom breaks, and seating. 

• We provide limited free parking and are mARTA accessible via the Arts Center Station. 

Performance 

• During the performance, laughter is welcome, but no eating, drinking, or talking. 

• Attending live theater is a great opportunity to teach children proper etiquette! 

• The use of electronic devices, such as cameras and mobile phones, including 

texting, is strictly prohibited during the performance.

Xperimental Puppetry Theater (XPT) is a program that offers professional and emerging 

artists the opportunity to explore and experiment, creating original puppet theater 

geared to adult audiences. Applications are accepted for Project Directors with their 

own shows, or individual members available to participate in different pieces as a 

performer, musician, puppet builder, etc. Proposed pieces must be under ten minutes 

and can feature a myriad of puppetry styles. We also accept applications for short 

puppet fi lms and puppetry-themed art installations. Funding, rehearsal space, and

The Center offers Home Educators $10.50 All-Inclusive tickets to homeschools (regular price 

$16.50) on select dates. Includes Performance, Create-A-Puppet Workshop, and Museum admission!

Title 1 Schools 

The Center offers a special rate to Title 1 Schools for select performances. Family performance only 

tickets are $5.25 each; Adult and Teen weekday tickets are $8 each. To receive this rate, principals 

must provide a letter on school letterhead that verifies Title 1 certification. Orders not accompanied 

by this letter will be returned for complete payment. For more information and a current list of
