Our aim and business philosophy to produce the best pure and
natural products remain true today, where the Anathoth name
has come to signify delicious products just like home-made.
It’s no surprise that New Zealand has the recipe for success
when it comes to ‘pure and natural’ jam!
It’s also no surprise when you consider that a house and
garden on a quarter acre paradise, have formed part of the
‘New Zealand dream’ for most of the twentieth century.
As recently as the 1970’s and even up to the mid 1980’s, a
thriving veggie garden was seen as an outward manifestation
of a good hard-working family. Naturally it saved a few bob
as well!
Today our busy lifestyles (and smaller house and land
allotments) don’t enable us to spend time tending a garden,
bottling preserves or sitting on the veranda shelling peas.
That’s why Anathoth have made sure that ‘real Kiwi garden
goodness’ is right there to enjoy everyday.
So we feel proud to bring to the foodservice industry old
fashion recipes and batch cooking methods which ensure old
fashion flavours and tastes.
