To receive the special group rate of $149.00 ask for the “Appreciative Advising Rate.” Be sure to call and secure your room before July 4, 2014; after this date, the rooms and rate will be based on availability. The Brown also offers a free shuttle service from the Louisville International Airport. You will need to call the hotel (502-583- 1234) once your luggage arrives for pickup.
Pre-Registration deadline: June 27, 2014! Payment may be made by check or credit card only. For your convenience, you may pay by Discover, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Credit card registrations can be completed by fax transmission. For security reasons registrations which include credit card payment MAY NOT be sent by email. No refunds can be made on paid conference registrations. In the unlikely event that we cancel the conference, we will notify you if we have received your registration in advance.
