Restaurant, in Port Chester, New York, where MEGALE, DEPALMA,<br />
VACCARO and other Gambino Organized Crime Family members and<br />
associates m<strong>et</strong>. Among FORNINO’s crimin<strong>al</strong> activities were<br />
loansharking, interstate transportation and receipt <strong>of</strong> stolen<br />
property, and operation <strong>of</strong> an illeg<strong>al</strong> gambling business.<br />
j. SAM NORDONE was, at various times relevant to<br />
this <strong>Indictment</strong>, an associate in the Gambino Organized Crime<br />
Family. NORDONE ran the Sam Nordone & Sons’ Autobody Shop in<br />
Larchmont, New York. Among NORDONE’s crimin<strong>al</strong> activities were<br />
the interstate transportation and receipt <strong>of</strong> stolen property,<br />
labor rack<strong>et</strong>eering, and insurance fraud.<br />
k. ROBERT PERSICO was, at various times relevant<br />
to this <strong>Indictment</strong>, an associate in the Gambino Organized Crime<br />
Family. PERSICO operated a construction business in Westchester<br />
County, New York. Among PERSICO’s crimin<strong>al</strong> activities were<br />
participation in an extortion and the interstate transportation<br />
and receipt <strong>of</strong> stolen property.<br />
l. ROBERT VACCARO, JR. was, at various times<br />
relevant to this <strong>Indictment</strong>, an associate in the Gambino<br />
Organized Crime Family. VACCARO, JR. is the son <strong>of</strong> Gambino<br />
Organized Crime Family Soldier ROBERT VACCARO. Among VACCARO,<br />
JR.’s crimin<strong>al</strong> activities were labor rack<strong>et</strong>eering and interstate<br />
transportation and receipt <strong>of</strong> stolen property.<br />
