sectors to share their experiences with the
student body. When the class expresses
sufficient interest, the office organizes career
development trips for students to cities such as
Brussels, Geneva and London. These trips
expose students to various employment sectors
and facilitate contact with alumni.
Career Services in Bologna and Washington
collaborate regularly. The offices use the same
online system, SAISWorks, to inform students of
employment opportunities. They also conduct
selected workshops by videoconference and
coordinate to offer financial assistance for unpaid
internships through the SAIS Summer Internship
Fund (SIF).
Every summer, students leave the Center to
pursue jobs and internships around the world.
