(31 CFR Part 536), contain the legally binding provisions governing sanctions against narcotics traffickers centered in Colombia. The Foreign Narcotics Kingpin<br />

Designation Act contains the legally binding provisions governing the sanctions against significant foreign narcotics traffickers and their organizations. This<br />

document does not supplement or modify Executive Order 12978, 31 CFR Part 536, or the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act.<br />

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control also administers sanctions programs involving the Balkans, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Côte d’Ivoire,<br />

Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Diamond Trading, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe as well as highly<br />

enriched uranium, designated Terrorists and international Narcotics Traffickers, Foreign Terrorist Organizations and designated foreign persons who have<br />
