Clifton, Bristol. Formerly The Rectory, Smarden, Ashford, <strong>Kent</strong>. An address of 11, Grosvenor<br />

Road, East Grinstead, East Sussex is also recorded. Buried in the Shrapnel Valley Cemetery,<br />

Turkey. Grave reference I.E.13.<br />
