(2) <strong>Service</strong> Options Funded with the ARA: Each service shall be provided in<br />
accordance with the corresponding <strong>DD</strong> <strong>Waiver</strong> <strong>Standards</strong> and applicable<br />
<strong>DD</strong>SD policies. The total budget for the selected services may not exceed<br />
the Annual Resource Allotment. In addition to the mandatory 12 units <strong>of</strong><br />
Case Management, the individual, in conjunction with the IDT members,<br />
may choose any or all <strong>of</strong> the following service options:<br />
(a) Community Inclusion (Supported Employment, Community Access<br />
Adult Habilitation);<br />
(b) Behavioral Support Consultation;<br />
(c) Goods and <strong>Service</strong>s;<br />
(d) Occupational Therapy;<br />
(e) Physical therapy;<br />
(f) Personal Plan Facilitation;<br />
(g) Personal Support <strong>Service</strong>s;<br />
(h) Private Duty Nursing;<br />
(i) Speech Therapy;<br />
(j) Nutritional Counseling;<br />
(k) Respite;<br />
(l) Non-Medical Transportation; and<br />
(m) Supplemental Dental Care.<br />
(3) <strong>Service</strong> Options Funded in Addition to the ARA:<br />
(a) Environmental Modifications;<br />
(b) Outlier <strong>Service</strong>s (Adult Habilitation only);<br />
(c) Therapy Exceptions (only if over age 21);<br />
(d) Supported Employment Exceptions; and<br />
(e) Tier III Crisis.<br />
VII.<br />
ADULT COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS CATEGORY AND ARA.<br />
A. <strong>Service</strong>s from the Adult Community Living Supports Category. <strong>Service</strong>s<br />
from the Adult Community Living Supports Category are available to individuals<br />
