SALES CONDITIONS<br />
• Indicated prices are retail prices in Euro, VAT and mounting excluded.<br />
• This price list cancels and replaces all previous price lists and can be modified at any time.<br />
• In order to avoid any misunderstandings we kindly ask you to use the official <strong>Prostor</strong> order forms.<br />
• Orders that have been confirmed but of which production has not yet started can still be modified with an extra charge of 50 €.<br />
Orders of which production has been started can not be modified and will be charged.<br />
• Technical changes on existing products are possible without prior communications.<br />
• Other sales conditions are valid on products indicated with @.<br />
• Transport is always ex-works, unless agreed otherwise.<br />
• The consignment is at customer’s risk and charge from the moment it leaves our factory, even when the consignment is<br />
delivered free of charge.<br />
• No goods can be returned without first contacting the <strong>Prostor</strong> representative.<br />
• If you notice damage at the packaging or goods, we strongly advise to indicate this on the delivery note and to inform the<br />
transporter and company by letter within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. It is also wise to make pictures of the damaged<br />
goods and its packaging.<br />
• The warranty of <strong>Prostor</strong> products is 2 years. The complete warranty conditions are available upon request.<br />
