SEASAC Girls Tennis @ MKIS

Welcome to Mont’ Kiara International School! Our school is very pleased
indeed to serve as host for the 2013 SEASAC Girls Tennis Championships.
SEASAC is a wonderful organization and to be chosen to represent one’s
school in a regional championship such as this is a rare privilege. I trust that
all competitors will view it as such, and by their actions, both competitive and
otherwise, bring credit to themselves, their schools and their families.
Our goal in hosting this competition is that it will be a weekend full of intense
competition, excellent displays of sportsmanship, dazzling displays of skill,
and fond memories of new friends made. We trust that the competition,
although intense, will characterize the values of respect for one’s opponents,
integrity, and adherence to both written and unwritten rules and fair play.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 SEASAC Girls Tennis
Tournament here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There are 10 schools competing
from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. We welcome
UWC East, who is competing in their first SEASAC tennis tournament.
This is expected to be an exciting event. We look forward to spirited
competition, good sportsmanship, and well played tennis. More importantly,
it is hoped that you simply enjoy the participation, have fun, and perhaps
make a few friends along the way.
