“Naomi Richards of Goffstown was born
February 12 1796 and wrought this Sept
1803,” New Hampshire, silk threads on a
linen ground, later enhanced with paint, with
a row of flowers over rows of alphabets,
(scattered holes), 10 1/4 x 8 1/2 in., in a
molded giltwood frame.
Note: Naomi Richards was the daughter of
Amos and Catherine (McCartney) Richards
and resided n Goffstown, New Hampshire.
