For use in applications when soldering under an atmosphere
of inert gas to prevent joint oxidation is required. Driven from
the WAD 101 hot air station (see page 80), inert gas is fed
through the tip nut of the iron to envelope the solder joint.
The Stop+Go safety rest automatically start the gas flow when
the iron is removed and stop it when the iron is replaced.
