Pitney Bowes DI900/DI950 inserter into a fast,
complete mail production shop. You’ll be able
to handle your mailstream — from document
design and printing right through mailing —
in a single streamlined process, for one-stop
mail piece generation.
What’s more, you can enhance the accuracy of
your mailings through use of special software.
The system verifies that your customers receive
the correct information and documents are not
lost. And with more accurate invoice mailing,
cash flow improves. You can document that each
mailing is complete and correct.

Integrated document printing means mailings can
go out faster and at a lower cost per piece. There’s
no need to coordinate with other departments or
vendors. Pages are generated, printed, assembled,
folded, inserted and mail is metered 1 on one
system, saving a lot of time and labor.

document printing you do not need to wait while

Verification lets you detect missing, duplicated or
out of order pages, then automatically reprint and
reinsert damaged pieces without tedious tracking
