Starting a Business<br />
Discover the secrets to starting your own business venture! It can stem from something<br />
as simple as a hobby. Led by an actual business owner, this workshop will teach you to<br />
become a modern success. Participants will create a personal plan, brainstorm start-up,<br />
gain techniques for simple marketing, attracting potential clients, and making the right<br />
impression with attitude and style. The importance of networking will also be discussed.<br />

forming their own nonprofit organization. Topics include, applying for nonprofit status<br />
both locally and nationally, recruiting and selecting a board of directors, implementing<br />
an organizational plan, fundraising options, and more.<br />
