per eligible purchase. All claims must include the official claim form. A copy of your receipt must also be included. Online redemptions close on January 14, 2013 (11:59pm AEST). Postal entries must be received
by January 28, 2013 (5pm AEST); otherwise claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants will receive the bonus by mail. Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only; PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
Allow up to 14 weeks delivery of the bonus from the closing date of the promotion. If the bonus is unavailable, the Promoter in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the bonus to the equal value and/or
specification. The bonus is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. If a product is returned or refunded your claim will become null and void and you will be required
to return the bonus product. Recommended Retail Price (RRP) includes GST where applicable and is suggested only, no obligation to comply. Incomplete or inaccurate claims are not eligible. In the event of any dispute
