s. Breast Insignia (1) Command Insignia (Command-at-Sea, Command Ashore/Project Manager) are embroidered, and worn by eligible officers in accordance with . (d) Rating badges will not be worn on the sleeve nor will ratings be stenciled on the camouflage utility shirt. (e) Command/unit patches or insignia, individual or personal, are not authorized.
