Fur<strong>the</strong>r review <strong>of</strong> Mr. Byck’s American Express Gold Card statements for <strong>the</strong> period<br />
January 1, 2003 through April 30, 2003 reveals that after <strong>the</strong> February 12, 2003 New York City<br />
restaurant charge, <strong>the</strong> next item charged to his account was a February 16, 2003 food and<br />
beverage charge at Mario’s <strong>of</strong> Boca Raton, Florida. It is also noted that after <strong>the</strong> March 18, 2003<br />
New York City restaurant charge, <strong>the</strong> next items charged to Mr. Byck’s account number were<br />
two National Compliance, Del Ray Beach, Florida, charges on March 20, 2003.<br />
47. The following charges appear on <strong>the</strong> American Express Gold Card statements related<br />
to Leslie Byck’s associated account number for <strong>the</strong> period January 21, 2003 through February 19,<br />
2003: a $61.85 charge at Melville Florist, Melville, New York, on January 24, 2003 and a<br />
$3,500.00 charge at AZ Restaurant, New York, New York, on January 29, 2003. It is noted that<br />
both Verizon New Jersey automatic payments, related to <strong>the</strong> Apricot Court, Melville, New York,<br />
telephone number, and Culligan Commack, Commack, New York, charges were recurring<br />
charges to Mrs. Byck’s associated Gold Card number during <strong>the</strong> year 2003.
