It is crucial for bicycle riders to be seen in time by other road users – from all<br />
sides. The new Philips rear light makes this possible through the innovative<br />
LumiRing: a light ring that spreads the light from six high-powered LEDs in a way<br />
that it can be seen from the side. Other commuters on the road can recognize the<br />
bicycle riders 320 degrees around the rear light.<br />

The SafeRide® LED BikeLight 40 shines up to 30 meters with a bright white light.<br />
A high luminance and the employment of a free form reflector focus the beam of<br />
light and increase the scope: the route is evenly lighted up – without glare. Due to<br />
the LUXEON® high-powered LEDs of 40 lux the LED lamp offers 3 times more<br />
light compared to the standard light.<br />
