Both our quality management department as well as
our environmental management department have
been certified by the TÜV offices in Hessen. Annual
inspections have proven that we always work
according to the prescribed standards, and thereby
our quality standards have been set in stone to
comply with these specifications.
As an acknowledged expert operation in the sense
of the German Federal Water Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz,
WHG), we have been authorised to conduct
work on equipment with liquids that could endanger
the water table.
Our quality management has been certified in

Dry ice cleaning
The most modern cleaning techniques: the efficient dry
ice stream technology that conserves resources Dry ice
cleaning in among the most effective types of cleaning
for industrial equipment. In contrast with conventional
mechanical or chemical cleaning methods, dry ice
cleaning is used hereby as a cleaning variation that
conserves materials and the environment.
Our dry ice streaming equipment works with pellets.
This involves pressed carbon-dioxide snow exhibiting
a temperature around -79°C.
The stream pressure is matched to the substrate. Upon
contact with the contaminated surfaces, they will be
subjected to super-cooling. This causes the layer of
contamination to be removed to contract and detach
itself through the stream pressure without damaging
the underlying material.
Dry ice cleaning is used in the industry for expensive
equipment for the removal of hardened residues and
crusts.

High-pressure water technique
Cleaning using high-pressure water has proven
itself as a basic method of cleaning for industrial
equipment. Containers, pipes, tanks and other
industrial components can be cleaned efficiently
thereby.
Thanks to our modern equipment with water
pressures of up to 3.000 bar, we can remove
contaminations that are not readily soluble or
stubborn even in difficult reach places.
Cleaning with high-pressure water is also a
technique the conserves the environment. Instead
of using chemical cocktails that do not readily
degrade, only water will be used.
