009)
between approximately 20-28 November, CQ WW DX CW Contest
included.
Otside the contest he will try to pay special attention to the
low

TI - Dick, W0RAA will be departing for Costa Rica on 21 November, as
a
member of the TI5N for the CQ WW DX CW Contest. Before the
contest
he will operate mostly RTTY (+/- 14085 kHz) and PSK31 (+/-
14070

V7 - Neil, WD8CRT (http://www.qsl.net/v73ns) will be active again as
V73NS from Kwajalein (OC-028), Marshall Islands. He should
start
around 5 January and remain there for at least two years. Expect
him

VP2M - Phil, G3SWH and Jim, G3RTE will operate (callsigns TBA) on 160-

metres from Montserrat (NA-103) on 21-28 February. Activity will
be
primarily on CW, possibily with some RTTY and PSK31. They plan
to
have two stations on the air for as many hours as possible. QSL

VU7 - The Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing of the Indian Ministry
of
Communications has released the first list of special
permissions
issued to foreign operators holding Indian amateur radio licences
to
operate from the Lakshadweep Islands during the NIARS Hamfest
and
DXpedition (VU7RG). Please note that the 10-day activity has
been

XU - A group of operators from the Tamsat Group and the Siam DX
Group
will be active from Sihanoukville, Cambodia on 23-29 November.
