TI - Dick, W0RAA will be departing for Costa Rica on 21 November, as<br />

member of the TI5N for the CQ WW <strong>DX</strong> CW Contest. Before the<br />

contest<br />

he will operate mostly RTTY (+/- 14085 kHz) and PSK31 (+/-<br />

14070<br />

kHz) as TI5/W0RAA. QSL direct to home call. [TNX K1XN]<br />

V7 - Neil, WD8CRT (http://www.qsl.net/v73ns) will be active again as<br />

V73NS from Kwajalein (OC-028), Marshall Islands. He should<br />

start<br />

around 5 January and remain there for at least two years. Expect<br />

him<br />

to<br />

issued to foreign operators holding Indian amateur radio licences<br />

to<br />

operate from the Lakshadweep Islands during the NIARS Hamfest<br />

and<br />

<strong>DX</strong>pedition (VU7RG). Please note that the 10-day activity has<br />

been<br />
