5. ICFS is lastly seeking an order prohibiting the “live” broadcasting of the <strong>Inquiry</strong><br />
for the reason that names of individuals otherwise protected under the<br />
confidentiality provisions may be accidentally mentioned during the <strong>Inquiry</strong><br />
proceedings. “Live” broadcasting would make moot any attempt to subsequently<br />
restrict the publication of those names.<br />
6. For the purpose of avoiding unnecessary duplication, this brief is filed in addition<br />
to the legal arguments already submitted by the MGEU. ICFS will also be<br />
referring to the MGEU’s brief during the oral hearings.<br />
