BUYER’S AGENT AGREEMENT
Use this agreement to hire a professional to assist you at the American Hunter Pony Classic.

• Buyer agrees to pay Agent fee of $_______________ and / or commission of ________% (percent) of the
purchase price of any pony inspected by the Agent on the Buyer’s behalf. Buyer will make payment directly to
the Agent.
• Agent agrees to give his/her best and honest evaluation of the pony to the Buyer and guide the Buyer to the best
of the Agent’s ability.
• The Agent’s evaluation will be completed and the results provided to the Buyer in a timely fashion.
• Agent agrees not to take any remuneration of any kind from the Seller of the pony or the Seller’s agent for
instructing the Buyer to purchase the pony.
