REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate or Grade 12 plus sufficient credible<br />
experience.<br />
Competencies: Knowledge of PERSAL system. Knowledge of<br />
Programmes and strategies related to Post Provisioning. Sound<br />
knowledge in HR policies. Computer literacy. Verbal and<br />
written communication skills. At least two years experience in<br />
the Public Sector. Experience at supervisory level will be an<br />
advantage. Experience in the HRP & PS will be an added<br />
advantage.<br />
RESPONSIBILITIES :<br />
Implementation and monitoring of all activities related to Post<br />
Provisioning. Monitoring implementation of all HRP Policies at<br />
all levels. Dissemination of information and distribution of<br />
documents from Head Office to District offices. Follow up any<br />
decisions and instructions forth flowing from the immediate<br />
supervisor in relation to Post Provisioning and implementation<br />
of HR Policies. Provide administrative support on all Human<br />
Resource Planning and Provisioning functions.<br />
Note: Ability to work under intense pressure is essential.<br />
Should be able to work independently, have good interpersonal<br />
skills and strong service orientation. People with disabilities are<br />

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate and relevant experience. A post matric<br />
qualification will serve as a recommendation. A valid drivers<br />
license. Computer literacy. Good organizational, interpersonal<br />
skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to<br />
work under pressure. Decision making ability.<br />
RESPONSIBILITIES :<br />
Promote, monitor and evaluate transformation process in the<br />
district and schools. Form collaborative relationships and<br />
partnerships with social stakeholders and other departments.<br />
Raise awareness and knowledge of all policies related to<br />
Gender, Youth, Children’s Rights and People with Disability.<br />
Promote child friendly schools. Organize events in<br />
commemoration of institutionalized days. Supervise<br />
subordinates.<br />
