teachers to posts of special responsibility; and
(c) on any other matter that the Commission may wish
to bring to the attention of the Minister or which
the Minister may refer to the Commission for i&
advice and guidance in the discharge of any of his
duties under this Act.

34.4 1) The Commission shall cause to be kept a Register
of Teachers in which shall be registered the particulars concerning
every person who is a registered teacher.
(2) Every application to the Commission for registration
as a teacher shall be made in the prescribed manner
and shall be accompanied by such documents as may be
prescribed.
for 35.-(1) A person shall not be registered as a teacherrefusal

(c) if within a period of six months immediately preceding
the date of his application-
(i) he had been refused registration as a teacher
by the Commission; or
