13. Post employment benefits
The company has a defined contribution scheme by which statutory contributions are made to the Social Security Fund (SSF) on behalf of
employees. The employee and the employer contribute 5% and 12.5% respectively to the fund.
In addition, the company contributes 7.5% to a separate Provident Fund on behalf of employees.

15. Bank overdrafts
The company has overdraft facilities of GH¢2.5m with Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited; GH¢2m with SG-SSB Bank Limited, GH¢2m with
Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Limited and GH¢2m with Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited.
The overdraft facilities with the banks are unsecured
