When our time comes to make decisions,
Mary of the Annunciation,
help us to say Yes.
When our time comes to leave the here and now,
Mary of Egypt and wife of Joseph,
enkindle hope within us.
When our time comes to wonder why,
Mary of Jerusalem,
carve space for patience deep within us
When our time comes to intervene,
Mary of Cana,
grant us courage to speak clearly
When our time comes to suffer,
Mary of Golgotha,
help us stand beside
those in whom your Son is suffering
When our time comes to wait in hope,
Mary of the Upper Room,
inspire us as we pray together
And day by day
when we are called to give a helping hand,
Mary of Nazareth, Mary of Bethlehem,
Mary of the hill country of Judah,
instill in us your servant heart
Until that final day, when hand in hand with you,
Mary of the Assumption,
we will fall asleep in expectation of
our day of resurrection
