If an LEA can provide evidence that it has already satisfied an element, it must provide narrative<br />
as to how and attach evidence in the Appendix.<br />
Funds will be available on a cash advance basis; however, the amounts available will be limited<br />
to those funds identified in the budgets (or amended budgets) needed for each quarter’s<br />
operation. Monitoring staff will track the submission <strong>of</strong> deliverables and coordinate the review<br />
<strong>of</strong> each deliverable. Should an LEA miss target dates for submitting deliverables and/or submit<br />
substandard deliverables, fiscal staff will review the district’s status and implement appropriate<br />
actions which could include further restrictions on the availability <strong>of</strong> funds, adjusted timelines,<br />
more frequent monitoring, etc.<br />
