Sentinel Homescope is part of Sentinel Housing Association.
We market and manage the homes that Sentinel has for
sale through Shared Ownership.
We’ve been creating opportunities for people (who might
not have thought they could) to buy a home of their own
for nearly 10 years. In that time, we have helped close to
500 families, couples and single people buy a share in a
new home.
We know that buying a home for the first time can be quite
scary for some people. So we try hard to ensure you’ll be
able to afford the home you want to buy, to explain any of
the legal, financial or administrative steps that buying a
home involves. And most of all we’ll support you at each
step of the process, keeping you informed about what is
happening.
We’ve helped lots of other people realise their dream of
