If parking is limited in your neighbourhood you may<br />
want to rent a garage. We have a number available in most<br />
neighbourhoods. In some of the more popular areas we may<br />
have to put your name on a waiting list.<br />
Conditions for renting a garage<br />
• Anyone aged 18 or over can apply to rent a garage<br />
from us.<br />
• Payment for a garage is made monthly in advance.<br />
The most convenient way to pay is by Direct Debit, but you<br />
can also pay by debit card over the phone, via the internet,<br />
by card at any Post Office or allpay pay point.<br />
• If you rent your home from us you must have a clear rent<br />
account.<br />
• If you do not rent your home from us you will need to pay<br />
VAT on the garage rent.<br />
• Hazardous materials must not be stored in a garage.<br />
• You must not use a garage for business purposes without<br />
prior permission.<br />
To apply for a garage please complete the form <strong>and</strong><br />
return it to our Garages Administrator or apply online at<br />
www.sentinelha.org.uk/<strong>garages</strong>.<br />
