Parking and garages - Sentinel Housing Association

If parking is limited in your neighbourhood you may
want to rent a garage. We have a number available in most
neighbourhoods. In some of the more popular areas we may
have to put your name on a waiting list.
Conditions for renting a garage
• Anyone aged 18 or over can apply to rent a garage
from us.
• Payment for a garage is made monthly in advance.
The most convenient way to pay is by Direct Debit, but you
can also pay by debit card over the phone, via the internet,
by card at any Post Office or allpay pay point.
• If you rent your home from us you must have a clear rent
account.
• If you do not rent your home from us you will need to pay
VAT on the garage rent.
• Hazardous materials must not be stored in a garage.
• You must not use a garage for business purposes without
prior permission.

return it to our Garages Administrator or apply online at
www.sentinelha.org.uk/garages.
