SF<strong>PGA</strong> Junior Tour presented by The Honda Classic Event #4<br />

The Fox Club hosted their first <strong>South</strong> <strong>Florida</strong><br />

<strong>PGA</strong> Junior Tour Event June 17-18, 2010. The<br />

field featured approximately 100 junior golfers<br />

from throughout <strong>South</strong> <strong>Florida</strong>. Placing at<br />

the top of the leader board in the Boys Overall<br />

Age Division, with a 149 was Christian Tepley<br />

of Palm City. Tepley finished one shot ahead<br />

of Derron Peyton of Boynton Beach, and four<br />

shots ahead of Dane Cianelli of Plantation and Ethan Marcus of Boca Raton.<br />

The heat was a true test of endurance for all the juniors walking The Fox Club. Ashley Burke<br />

of Boynton Beach proved she could with stand the heat firing a 72 during the second round,<br />

claiming the Girls Overall Age Division. Alexa Hammer of Boynton Beach finished second<br />

three shots behind Burke, and one shot ahead of Samantha Smolen of Lake Worth who<br />

took home third.<br />

In the Boys 12-13 Age Division Stefano Gabriel Butti of Palm City finished first with at<br />

153, two shots ahead of Zachary Bariso of Boca Raton and three ahead of Nicholas Cammarene<br />

of Vero Beach.<br />

Emily Faulkner of Palm City finished first in the Girls 12-13 Age Division with a total of 168,<br />

in second was Zora Gittens of Parkland followed by Kaely Krayeski of Wellington.<br />
