Interior roadways<br />
The road system comprises four networks:<br />
paved roads for cars, bicycle and buggy lanes,<br />
pedestrian walkways and sandy paths. Each of<br />
these has been designed to correspond with<br />
their proposed use.<br />

In order to safeguard the peace and<br />
avoid disturbing neighbours, open<br />
air sports courts for ball sports such<br />
as paddle tennis and tennis, among<br />
others, may not be constructed<br />
on individual plots. To enjoy these<br />
sporting activities La Gran Reserva<br />
has an independent area dedicated to<br />
sports with a wide range of facilities.<br />

At La Gran Reserva there will be parking<br />
spaces provided outside of plot boundaries,<br />
located in the communal area. It is the ideal<br />
solution for avoiding random and chaotic<br />
