This fellowship program supports students who are pursing or soon will purse studies in a field related to the Oil and Gas Industry. Funding is until degree
completion or for a maximum of 4 years whichever comes first. Regions may customize the criteria, number and value of the fellowships. Thus, the dollar amount
of the funding varies among the 15 SPE Regions. See Regional Details for more information.

SPE Fellowship Program
The SPE Fellowship is contingent on the recipient’s enrollment of 50% of a full time academic course load in the study of courses related to the Oil
& Gas Industry for a minimum of 9 months from the application submission deadline(15 March).

Applications must be submitted by email or mail to the attention of SPE Regional Scholarship Program to the appropriate SPE Office. Please do not send by email
and mail. All applications must be typed. No handwritten applications will be accepted. Attach all required documents in one email. In the subject line of the email you
must indicate to which Region you are applying. The subject line should include STAR-Region. Example subject line: STAR- North Sea. Apply to the region where your
