A SPECIAL
WELCOME TO THE
ENTERTAINMENT
AFRICA MAGAZINE
READERS!
Hello! It’s with sincere happiness and
excitement that I welcome you to the
first issue of our Entertainment Africa
Magazine. After countless hours of
content building, brainstorm sessions,
creative meetings and collaborative
efforts, we are now here! It puts a big
smile on my face to finally have something
to share with you.
This debut issue has taught me a lot.
I always knew the African Entertainment
industry was rich and vibrant but
researching and gathering from an “editor”
perspective gave me a totally different
view of our truly gifted community.
It’s an experience kind of hard to explain,
so the best word I can come up with is
INCREDIBLE! The past year with the magazine has been filled with lots of love,
support from great people and many memorable moments. The experience of
helping create something bigger than all of us, makes me feel so proud.
The Entertainment Africa Magazine was created to celebrate our diverse and
amazing people who make the entertainment industry the powerhouse that it is.
This particular issue delivers dynamic elements of fashion, music, interviews, products
and talented artists, straight into your fingertips. There’s so much going on in the
African entertainment business and it thrills me to continue to watch it grow. I’d love
to see nothing more than for this magazine to expand and reach the highest heights.
So without further ado, I encourage you to read, explore and enjoy your time with
the pages. On with the feature presentation.
