As the Directors of the ensembles performing here tonight, we would like to express our gratitude to our administrations
and parents for providing our students the opportunity and privilege to perform in this glorious hall. For us, it is the first
time in our lives we have been part of a musical performance on this stage, and we are so thrilled to share this opportunity
with our student musicians. Our programs are similar philosophically in that we value concert experiences like these over
participation in contests or rated festivals, keeping the focus on the music itself. We ask that you share in the enjoyment
of the music, and appreciate the efforts of each of the ensembles tonight. Tonight’s performance will be a significant
moment in all the musicians’ lives. Thank you for helping to make this happen for us.
