Voucher is redeemable by the bearer and bearer of Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary of such Voucher. If Voucher is lost or stolen Welhome shall not, in any manner, be liable for replacement or compensation for the same. Mutilated, damaged or defaced Vouchers, shall not be accepted by Welhome. Welhome shall have right, at its sole discretion, to vary, delete, modify or add any of terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice. Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms and conditions the bearer shall indemnify Welhome against any losses, damages, claims, demands made against Welhome by any person claiming under him for any reason whatsoever arising out of the Vouchers. In case of any dispute decision of Welhome shall be final and binding. MARRIOTT HOTELS Voucher is valid only for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended. The voucher has to be used in one transaction only. No refunds for any unutilized/partially utilized amounts will be made nor will any amount left over be carried forward in any form. If the total value of service utilized at the hotel exceeds the value of voucher the balance will have to be paid by the guest upon bill settlement either by cash or credit card. Prior reservation stating the unique voucher number indicating the use of the voucher is required for availing services. Bookings are subject to availability. Voucher can be used only at Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Courtyard by Marriott or Marriott Executive Apartment branded hotels in India. Vouchers cannot be used for purchase of goods or services at shops or any third party operations operated in the hotels. Lost voucher will not be replaced under any circumstances. Marriott Management reserves the right to amend, change or add to the terms and conditions of the use of the voucher. Voucher is not redeemable for cash. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Marriott Hotels. Marriott Rewards or Bonus Points, Extra Points or JPMiles will not apply when using the voucher. GENESIS LUXURY BRANDS This voucher cannot be used after the Date of Expiry. Partial amount of one gift voucher cannot be encashed between two stores. This voucher or any unused portion is not redeemable for cash. This voucher is non-refundable If a voucher is lost/stolen the company will not be liable for replacement or compensation. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will use reasonable endeavours to allocate a salon in your preferred area but this cannot be guaranteed. If your preferred area is unavailable the booking team will use reasonable endeavours to allocate another of your chosen treatments or an alternative treatment in one of your chosen areas. Such an offer will fulfill our promotional obligations to you. We consider a salon within a 45 minutes journey time (by your usual method of transport) of your residence to be in your area. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited (please allow a maximum of 4 weeks). PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will use reasonable endeavours to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes.
