M.I.T.E.S. awards earned by IHS students
The IHS woodworking students pictured not only placed at
Regional M.I.T.E.S. but also at State M.I.T.E.S. In all 18 of 21 IHS
woods students in Teacher Chris Battle’s program placed at Regional
(6 firsts, 4 seconds, 4 thirds, 4 fourths, 1 5th, 1 6th and 1
honorable mention) and 9 placed at State M.I.T.E.S. (1 first, 2
fourths, 1 fifth, 2 sixths, 2 eighths, 1 tenth).
