water freezes as early as october, while<br />
in o<strong>the</strong>rs <strong>the</strong> water does not freeze until<br />

HEAVy dUTy: Four kilometres from <strong>the</strong><br />
Tunhovd dam is <strong>the</strong> daybreak where<br />
crews get rock mass for <strong>the</strong>ir upgrade of<br />
<strong>the</strong> dam. The rocks are carefully sorted<br />
according to size, and are used in various<br />
places in <strong>the</strong> dam.<br />
