they are kept separate from Giving Tree
contributions, and place in the bins at church
entrances. ITEMS NEED TO BE IN PLASTIC
OR UNBREAKABLE CONTAINERS. Please
return gifts by December 4. DO NOT WRAP!
The angels and stockings on the trees (the larger tree is
in the sanctuary, the smaller one outside the chapel)
bear requests made by Neenah and Menasha families
through the Community Giving Program for needy
children and adults.
If you choose to purchase a gift certificate or card,
please place them in the marked box next to the big
tree.
Place unwrapped gifts under the tree by
DECEMBER 4. All gifts will be brought to the
Brigade for this coordinated community effort.
Please refrain from purchasing toys or T-shirts that
encourage violence, alcohol or tobacco use. Thank you!
Advent, Babies and The Christ Child - Service Project Advent, 2011
We are asking all the children of St. Gabriel’s to work together on an Advent Service Project.
Because of the tremendous response for the past eight years, we will be continuing the tradition of
collecting new baby items (anything from clothing to diapers to jarred food to pacifiers and blankets) for needy
families in the Fox Valley. All donations will be distributed to charitable organizations that benefit needy
mothers and their children. There will be a playpen set up in the hallway between the school classroom wings
for all donations to be placed in. We welcome donations from anyone for this project! Thank you!
