PAYMENT OPTIONS <strong>for</strong> 2013 FEES<br />
Cheque/Cash<br />
Payable at the school office or by mail (NZ Cheques only). Post-dated cheques are accepted.<br />
Credit Cards<br />
Only Visa or MasterCard will be accepted; however a surcharge fee of 2% will be added to cover<br />
transaction costs where this option is chosen.<br />
Telephone and Internet Banking<br />
<strong>St</strong> Paul’s has recently enabled parents and caregivers to make payment using these services<br />
through any of the major banks. Our bank account codes are as shown below.<br />
Payment of Future Years Fees<br />
Payments <strong>for</strong> more than one year in advance are welcomed and if received be<strong>for</strong>e 30th November 2012<br />
will carry an exemption from any fee increases incurred during the period <strong>for</strong> which the <strong>fees</strong> are prepaid.<br />
Payments may be credited direct to the school’s bank account, which is held at Bank of New Zealand,<br />
Hamilton North, New Zealand. Swift code is BKNZNZ22 - Bank Account No: 02 0320 0203376 00<br />
If you are paying by direct credit, please ensure that the student’s name and family code (if already<br />

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS<br />
Most <strong>students</strong> are not entitled to publicly funded health services while in New Zealand unless they are:<br />
• A resident or citizen of Australia; or<br />
• A national of the United Kingdom in New Zealand; or<br />
• The holder of a temporary permit that is valid <strong>for</strong> two years or more.<br />
If you do not belong to one of these special categories and you receive medical treatment during your<br />
visit, you will be liable <strong>for</strong> the full costs of that treatment.<br />
The New Zealand Government requires <strong>international</strong> <strong>students</strong> to hold acceptable insurance from the<br />
time of they leave home and kept continuous until their visa expiry or final departure from New<br />
Zealand. Immigration New Zealand has defined “acceptable insurance” as comprehensive insurance that<br />
is compliant with the Ministry of Education’s Code of Practice <strong>for</strong> the Pastoral Care of International<br />

Immigration New Zealand’s <strong><strong>St</strong>udent</strong> visa Application (Section C 19) requires an Insurance Declaration<br />
from applicants declaring that they will make the necessary arrangements to meet this condition.<br />
