State, where Precept W<strong>in</strong>e perfected the technique of <strong>in</strong>fus<strong>in</strong>g f<strong>in</strong>e red w<strong>in</strong>e with chocolate.<br />

Released with great success firstly <strong>in</strong> the USA and soon after <strong>in</strong> the UK, the concept has now<br />

made its way to Australia where selected parcels of high quality Australian Shiraz with a smooth<br />

and satisfy<strong>in</strong>g f<strong>in</strong>ish are utilized <strong>in</strong> the blend. In the U.S., W<strong>in</strong>e Spectator has named Chocolate<br />

Shop as its “favorite chocolate table w<strong>in</strong>e” <strong>in</strong> the Nov. 30, 2011 issue, and NBC’s Today Show featured Chocolate Shop nationally for<br />

Chocolate Shop Tiramisu - Serves 4<br />

Ingredients<br />

3 tbsp. Ic<strong>in</strong>g Sugar<br />

250g Mascarpone<br />

1tbsp Vanilla Extract<br />

5 tbsp. Chocolate Shop W<strong>in</strong>e<br />

150mLDouble Cream<br />

4 Sponge F<strong>in</strong>gers<br />

200mL Cold, Strong Coffee<br />

Small Chunk of Chocolate<br />

Presentation<br />

4 Serv<strong>in</strong>g Glasses<br />

Preparation<br />

1. Sift the ic<strong>in</strong>g sugar <strong>in</strong>to the mascarpone then beat <strong>in</strong> the vanilla extract & Chocolate Shop W<strong>in</strong>e.<br />

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream <strong>in</strong>to soft peaks. Add the cream to the mascarpone and put <strong>in</strong> the fridge for a few m<strong>in</strong>utes<br />

to set.<br />

3. Break the sponge f<strong>in</strong>gers <strong>in</strong> two and dip <strong>in</strong>to the coffee. Put the f<strong>in</strong>gers <strong>in</strong> the bottom of the serv<strong>in</strong>g glasses and spoon the<br />

mixture on top.<br />

4. Grate the chocolate over the top, serve & enjoy!<br />

*Also try with fresh strawberries layered with<strong>in</strong> or as an<br />

additional garnish.
