Manual Handling instructor’s course.<br />
171 people attended the Occupational Psychologist, an 8% increase from 2003. Of<br />
these, 129 attended for stress management support; 42 people used the Managers<br />
advisory service.<br />
In the majority of cases, the work-related stress was caused by interpersonal<br />
behaviours such as overt and covert criticism, isolation and/or exclusion of colleagues,<br />
discourtesy and disrespect, and the undermining of authority.<br />
