Notice of an application for a Permit in terms of Section 26(3) of the Act,<br />
Notice is hereby given of an application to establish the following<br />
development on Subdivision A of Lot 228 of Highlands Estate of Welmoed<br />
(11 Hurworth Road. Highlands) Harare<br />
1. It is proposed to erect a second dwelling house on the quoted property<br />
which is situated in zone lA(i) (Residential Low Density) of the Operative City<br />
of Harare Combined North East Sections 1 - 4 Town Planning Scheme,<br />
wherein the proposed use requires the special consent of the Local Planning<br />
Authority.<br />
